B. For the teleconferencing sessions, the following dates and times are proposed. Please respond with conflicts-if no response is received, it will be assumed that you will call in at the necessary time to the necessary number. Because of the summer months, we must schedule the teleconferences during business hours here at Washington University to have the switchboard operator on duty. 1:00-4:00 p.m. CST Friday August 1, 2003 October 3, 2003 December 5, 2003 February 6, 2004

C. The next CINCO Advance meeting has been scheduled preliminarily for the weekend of May 22-23, 2004, to be held at Trout Lodge, MO. Please indicate whether you have a conflict with this date.

D. For the Education 6009 Matter and Energy hands-on outreach course for K-8 teachers in the Saint Louis area, I would like for most of the PIs and some of the students to participate by teaching one of the evening course sessions. As an alternative, providing an outreach activity in your local area can be done, but the point is that each of us should be contributing to education and outreach activities beyond the normal university responsibilities. The course meets on Thursdays from 4:30-7:00 p.m. and the dates include: August 28 November 6 September 4 November 13 September 11 (KLW will be absent) November 20 September 18 (KLW will be absent) December 4 September 25 December 11 October 2 October 9
