NOTIFICATION OF COPYRIGHT "MICHBACK" software is a proprietary product of Michigan State University ("MSU") and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty. You (as "End User") must treat MICHBACK like any other copyrighted materials. END USER AGREEMENT This agreement is a legal contract between you, as End User, and Michigan State University Board of Trustees governing your use of the software. Using the software indicates your acceptance of this agreement. This agreement shall also be binding on any subsequent, authorized licensee. If you do not wish to comply with the terms of this agreement, do not use this software and delete the MICHBACK.exe file and all other related files from your computer. You may make and distribute copies of MICHBACK, subject to the following: - MICHBACK must be distributed free of charge. - You must include the executable file, MICHBACK.exe, exactly as provided by MSU. You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the MICHBACK software. - You must include the MSU copyright notice exactly as it is contained in the software. - You also must include the following files: readme.txt copyright.txt mbmanual.ps sample.dat kuab.fwd sample.out sample.plt ascii.fwd The following copyright statement must be included in any media and packaging concerning MICHBACK: "MICHBACK Copyright (C) 1995 Michigan State University Board of Trustees. All rights reserved." WARRANTY MSU makes no warranty, express or implied, to end user or any other person or entity. Specifically, MSU makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of MICHBACK software or documentation. MSU will not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages, even if MSU or its employees have been advised of the possibility of such damages. GENERAL If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable from, and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement. This agreement shall be governed by Michigan law.
