The MSU Formula Racing Team completed very successful testing sessions at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, MI on September 25-26 and October 23-24. The team was able to run Car 71 on skidpad, acceleration and autocross courses very similar to what will be seen at the 2011 FSAE Michigan Competition, which will also be at MIS. Valuable data was collected that will help team members improve the design of the team’s newest vehicle, Car 51. The team would like to thank Michigan International Speedway for generously providing the use of their facilities and granting the team an outstanding learning opportunity to prepare for next year’s race season.
