I was born in Hengyang City, P.R. China. I received my B.S. and M.S. degrees in Automatic Control from Zhejiang University in 1999 and 2002, respectively. I am the lab manager of Smart Micro Systems at Michigan State University. I am a student member of IEEE. I received a Dissertation Fellowship for Summer'06 from the College of Engineering and the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department. My research interests include modeling, sensing and control of electroactive polymers, electroactive polymer-based microrobots, control of dynamical systems with hysteresis, micromanipulation, Biomedical MEMS device, nonlinear optimal control with neural network.
