Linsey Seitz Chosen as a SWE Collegeiate Competition Finalist
Congratulations to Linsey Seitz, Senior in Chemical Engineering. She was chosen as a national finalist in The Society of Women Engineers' Collegiate Poster Competition. Linsey's poster, "CAMP Induced Differentiation in Rat Mesenchymal Stem Cells." was developed from research she conducted with Dr. Christina Chan, Professor in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science and Linxia Zhang, a doctoral student in Materials Science. Linsey will present her poster at the National Society of Women Engineers Conference, October 14-18 in Long Beach, California. Linsey is the President of the Collegiate section of The Society of Women Engineers at MSU and she will attend the conference along with the other officers of the organization and the faculty advisor, Judy Cordes.
