Ford Haus

 

The Ford Haus uses and external blower to create a suction side in the upper plenum. Therefore, air is drawn through flow conditioners into a lower plenum, through the opening in the floor, and into the upper plenum where the experiment is set-up. The air is then sucked out through a calibrated nozzle in the upper plenum wall.
