please maintain the folders and keep the photos up to date.  Photos should be cycled about every  year but no less then ever 2 years.

maintain the purpose of the folders, that is to sort the photos

Folders:
actives: this holds the mugshots of all the actives and pledges currently in the chapter

alumni: holds the mugshot of all the alumni
Note!!!!: Make sure to move new alumni into the alumni folder

founders: holds the photos for the founder/founder's day page

house: holds the photos for the house page

sports: photos of sporting events

history: all the photos on the history page sorted as they are on the page

brother of the week: contains some photos from the past and present
