Summary of TAB assistance

On May 24, 2001, the TAB program presented a workshop entitled "Navigating the New Tax Reversion Process and Tips to Remove Title Defects". This workshop was sponsored by AKT Peerless Environmental Services, Consumers Energy, the Victor Institute for Responsible Land Use, Neighborhood Renewal Services, Saint Mary's, Saginaw Downtown Development Authority, and Saginaw Future Inc. The audience included local buisinesses, developers, and local community and government.

May 24, 2001 - Navigating the New Tax Reversion Process and Tips to Remove Title Defects

On April 27, 1999, the TAB program presented a workshop entitled "An Informative Update on Brownfield Redevelopment Initiatives and Incentives." This workshop was the kick-off for Jackson County's Brownfield Pilot program. The audience included the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, local businesses, developers, and lenders.

On November 8, 1999, the TAB program presented to the Saginaw city counil a presentation on the Brownfieds Process and the current status of Saginaw Brownfields. TAB also developed a Saginaw Brownfields Fact Sheet that lists common term, contacts, and a Saginaw Brownfields success story.
