A complete Remedial Action Plan should include a
complete listing of samples and results (most likely as an appendix). If it does
not, it is useful to create a table to track the locations of the contaminants on
site. Use the following table as a model to track contaminants, their
detection in the air, water, or soil, their general location, their concentrations
on the site, and their allowable concentrations outlined in the relevant
cleanup criteria. The criteria used (including the
numerical values) should be present in the RAP.
