SUMMARY OF TOSC ASSISTANCE

The Michigan State University TOSC Program reviewed U.S. EPA’s plan to conduct air monitoring in the Winton Place and Winton Hills neighborhoods. In 1997 and 1998, TOSC also developed fact sheets and held educational workshops on air quality and air monitoring, including a Guide to Toxic Air Pollutants and a Glossary of Air Monitoring Terminology.
