Volgograd, Russia
Volgograd, Russia has a summer program that usually begins May 15 - June 30. Students must apply early in order to secure a place in the program. The trip includes visits to St. Petersburg, Moscow and Volgograd Russia. Spending the first three days in beautiful St. Petersburg touring historical sites such as the palaces of Russian Czars. Activities include boat tours, group meals, and the Russian Folk Concert/ballet. Then it is on to Volgograd by train, with a brief stop in Moscow, where students can visit the Red Square. The program is rich in culture, art and history while at the same time taking MSU engineering courses from MSU professors.
