Overview:
    The Michigan State University chapters of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and the under the advisement of Dr. Jayaraman and Michael Rich have undertaken a project to design, produce, market, and sell an ice scraper manufactured at the College of Engineering at MSU.  This is a student fund raising project with proceeds to support the professional activities of the societies such as travel to symposia, etc.  The ice scrapers will be injection molded at MSU and sold at various outlets throughout the region.

Goals:
    The main goals for this project are

•    To provide the students involved some hands on experience in the fields of design, marketing, and production.

•    To raise funds for SPE student chapter.

•    To promote society interest among MSU student engineers.
