Bessey Hall
Full heating and ventilation upgrades, with and addition of AC units being installed. Due to the many mechanical components being out of date, they will be replaced with a ground source heat pump. The building envelope is being updated, such as the windows are being upgraded, advanced insulation throughout the building, fixing air leaks, and advanced engineered piping.
The solar capabilties of the building, as well as a green roof are being economically assessed.
