Adopt-A-Team Sponsors
MSU is known as a major U.S. public university that has a lot of internationally reach. This university has made a lot of contribution toward advancing of knowledge (science, mathematics, art...) and has been transforming lives through innovative teaching, research, and outreach for over 150 years. MSU has a lot of well know majors here like our diverse engineering department, medical department, business, and other. MSU is a member of the association for American Universities, the national Association of State Universities and Land-Grant colleges, and the Big Ten athletic conference.
Molly Brennan
Molly Brennan is an alumna from Michigan State University. She graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering, and she won many athletic track records. While working at General Motors, she won the first World Solar Challenge. She was the named one of the top two engineering graduates in the nation in 1982 by Tau Beta Pi, the National Engineering Society, and was the first National Laureate recipient. She has generously supported Michigan State University and the MSU Solar Car Racing Team.

Adopt-A-Car Sponsors
The ASMSU is the student government of Michigan State University; they sponsor many on-campus programs and offer legal services and interest-free loans to MSU students. They represent the undergraduate students to MSU's administration, East Lansing community members, and state and federal officials.
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at MSU is the oldest engineering department within MSU, established in 1885. Currently the department has a faculty of thirty-nine full-time professors and several other professors and staff. It has approximately 748 undergraduate enrolled. In the academic year 2007-2008, the department awarded 174 BSME degrees, 25 MSME degrees, and 11 PhD degrees.
Department of Electrical Engineering
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering teaches to over 500 undergraduate students in either electrical or computer engineering. In addition to basic knowledge of computer and electrical engineering, students are also taught important teamwork and open-ended problem solving skills. The department also has placed a strong emphasis on engineering experience outside the classroom with cooperative education, internships, study abroad, and/or undergraduate research.

Online Donation (Credit Card)
The new online system lets you donate directly to the team. Follow this link to the MSU donation page, and the Solar Car Project will automatically be added to your gift cart. You will see the fund appear in the upper-right corner of the screen. Enter the amount you wish to donate and click on "Continue" at the bottom of the screen. The system will then guide you through the payment process.
Donation by Mail (Check)
To donate by check, make the check payable to "Michigan State University" and write "Solar Car Project" in the check memo. Checks should be mailed to: Office of Development College of Engineering Michigan State University 3536 Engineering Building East Lansing, MI 48824-1226
