About Us

Student Engineering Council (SEC) is an engineering student organization whose main purpose is to represent the students of the Michigan State University’s College of Engineering. SEC is also an umbrella organization for other engineering student organizations. SEC, along with The Center, organizes and overlooks engineering events such as the E-week, the O-night and many more. The SEC is also a liaison between the engineering students and the college of engineering. Any issues regarding the college of engineering can be addressed at one of the SEC meetings, where the associate dean of the college of engineering will be available to answer any questions.
