On-site Registration

On site registration starts on the afternoon of Monday, April 26.The conference registration desk is located just before the Grand Ballroom, at the same level (Street Level, First Floor). The IEEE Conference Management Services staff handles registration.

The deadline for advance registration was March 26, 2004.

The full conference registration fee and IEEE Life Member conference registration fee includes Conference digest, Proceedings CD-ROM, a copy of the video DVD proceedings, coffee breaks, and one free ticket to receptions and Awards dinner.

The Student registration fee includes all above except the ticket to Awards dinner.

As a proof of student status, a student must provide an official University letter with the registration form. The letter should confirm the student's status as full-time graduate or undergraduate student and state the name of the degree program in which the student is enrolled.

*IEEE members must quote their membership number to receive the IEEE discount.

NOTE FOR AUTHORS
Author registration: If a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors is required to register for the Conference by advance registration deadline. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the Conference Proceedings. One registration per paper is required. At most two presentations per registration/person will be accepted.

Extra page charge: A total of six (6) camera-ready pages, including figures, are allowed for each paper. A maximum of two (2) extra pages per paper is permitted for an extra charge of $180.00 per page. If your paper has more than six pages, you need to fill out the Extra Page Charge Payment Form [ instructions ].

Refund policy: All refund requests must be in writing and received before April 12, 2004. No refunds will be accepted after that date. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price.
