CD TEMPLATES [New!]

The suggested (but not mandatory!) format for CD cover is given below.
Note:
Use the right mouse button and "Save as.." option to save the "CDLabelTemplate.dot" file to a local directory.

Attention! If you are modifying the sample file, make sure you replace the title, authors' names and affiliations, and the title on the "right spine". See reminders (above). Workshop authors: if you are modifying the sample, remember to replace the word "tutorial" with the word "workshop"!

Note that the "back" side of the template is optional, as it may only be used for standard CD jewel case (not the slim one), and the front side is OK for both the standard and the slim case.

WORKSHOP/TUTORIAL MATERIAL

The workshop/tutorial organizers should provide CDs of the tutorial or workshop notes and make those available at the beginning of the session. Authors are not required to provide any printed material (such as handouts).

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

The tutorial/workshop organizers will be notified about the (preliminary) number of registered participants by e-mail by April 20, 2004. Please note that this number may change slightly based on late and on-site registrations and have a few extra copies handy.

PAYMENT

The payment for tutorial and workshop organizers is as stated in the acceptance letter.

PUBLICITY

The Workshops and Tutorials are advertised on ICRA Web site and conference material, however, the organizers are encouraged to publicize their event among their colleagues.

The ICRA 2004 program includes thirteen (13) workshops and three (3) tutorials.

All workshops and tutorials will take place on Monday, April 26, and Tuesday, April 27, 2004.

The time schedule, as well as the list of titles and organizers, may be found under respective menu items:

The fees are listed under registration. To register, select the appropriate code on the Registration form.

The deadline for workshop/tutorial advance registration is March 26, 2004.
