Best Transactions Paper Award has been presented to O. Fukuda, T. Tsuji, M. Kaneko, and A. Otsuka for the paper "A Human-Assisting Manipulator Teleoperated by EMG Signals and Arm Motions", published in IEEE Transactions on Robotics and Automation 19(2):210-222, April 2003.
