Direct the activities of the National Center for Pavement Preservation (NCPP). Implement policies of the NCPP Advisory Board. Prepare budgets and approve personnel transactions. Consult with clients and approve proposals, reports, and publications. Provide reports to the NCPP Advisory Board and the Chair of the Michigan State University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
