Prospective Graduate Students

Prospective Graduate Students

Graduate students in the College of Engineering collaborate with faculty and industry leaders to explore some of our biggest challenges, like sustainability, security, materials, health and energy. Michigan State offers graduate degrees in nine areas of engineering, complimented by more than 40 graduate specializations and a certification in college teaching; almost all doctoral students are fully funded.

MSU is a great place to live and learn, with more than 10,000 graduate and professional students and a 5,200 acre campus: see a Broadway show, learn to scuba, or cheer the Spartans as they compete for a national championship! Kiplinger named Lansing a top 10 city for young professionals, with great entertainment, a low cost of living, and high paying jobs.
