The NMDC 2010 has
negotiated a block of rooms at the specially
discounted group rate of $159.00
with the InterContinental, the Clement Monterey
where the NMDC 2010 conference sessions will be
held. Reservations can be accessed
below,
This special
rate is good for
the conference dates (October
11-16). Limited
rooms with this special group rate are also
available for the weekend prior to the
conference and the week immediately after the
conference. The special group rate is available
until September 16, 2010
or until the blocked rooms are sold out. It is
strongly encouraged to book your room early.
If
you receive the following error message during
making hotel reservation online, it does not
mean that no rooms are available. This may occur
if the reservation dates you entered are out of
the conference dates, and the group rate cannot
be given for the reservation. Rooms with the
group rate may still be available on the
conference dates, so please re-enter your
check-in and check-out dates.
