• This form is for undergraduate (100-400 level) ME courses only.
• Upper-level (300-400) ME courses are restricted to ME majors unless otherwise stated on the MSU Description of Courses web site: http://www.reg.msu.edu/Courses/Search.asp
• A "Course Restrictions Not Satisfied" message usually means that you have not satisfied the prerequisite requirements. If you believe that you have satisfied the prerequisite, please provide detailed information in the space provided below.
• The more sections you can list, the better are your chances for getting a seat. "Any" is the best choice.
• You will be contacted through your MSU NetID account about the status of your request.
