Faculty Honors Highlighted in Photo Shoot
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Michigan State University is proud of the many achievements of its faculty. Tonghun Lee
awarded an Air Force Grant. He is one of 39 engineers and scientists chosen as part of the Air Force Office of Scientific Research's Young Investigator Program.
Tamara Reid Bush
co-principal investigator for the Advancing Diversity through Alignment of Policies and Practices research, supported by a $3.98 million ADVANCE grant from the National Science Foundation.
Jongeun Choi
received a 2009 National Science Foundation CAREER Award.
Dahsin Liu
elected a fellow of the American Society for Composites.
Manoochehr Koochesfahani
Associate Dean for Graduate, Studies and Faculty Development, has been named a fellow of the American Physical Society.
Ranjan Mukherjee
elected a fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, bringing the number of ME faculty named
ASME fellows in this association to 12.
