Update Your Info for the Internship/Cooperative Education at a Glance

Dear State of Michigan Internship/Cooperative Education Colleague:

It’s time again for the Michigan Council for Internships & Cooperative Education (MC-ICE) to update the Michigan Internship/Cooperative Education (ICE) At A Glance resource. This has been a valuable marketing and outreach piece for internships/cooperative education in the State of Michigan for several years. Michigan Internship/Cooperative Education At A Glance provides contact information for all schools (responding to our questionnaire) including contact person, address, phone, fax, e-mail, website and academic programs at these institutions offering internship/cooperative education programs.

The attached questionnaire requires a response from you or the person at your institution responsible for the placement of students in internships/co-op. Please include as much information in all categories and make every effort to use the established academic programs when possible. It is also important that you include your contact information, especially if the person completing the questionnaire is different than the person who received the mailing.

This is a huge undertaking that will only succeed if you provide us with accurate and timely information about your co-op/internship programs. We have enclosed a postage paid self-addressed envelope for easy return by the Friday, March 24, 2006.

This questionnaire has also been sent to MC-ICE members by e-mail and may be returned to me electronically as well. If we do not receive your response, we will be making follow-up phone calls. Please make sure to send back your questionnaire even if you no longer have a program or forward it to the appropriate person at your institution if you received this mailing in error.
