Megan Dennis Wins Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship
Megan Dennis, 2003-2004 President of the MSU ISPE Student Chapter has been selected for a prestigious Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship. Goldwater scholars are selected based on academic merit from a field of mathematics, science and engineering students nominated by the faculties of colleges and universities nationwide. Megan is currently a junior in chemical engineering at MSU.
In addition to having outstanding academic credentials, Megan works as a research assistant in the laboratory of Dr. Jim Tiedje, Director of the MSU Center for Microbial Ecology, an NSF Science and Technology Center.
