Fall 2010 Design Challenge

This past semester we had our design challenge, in which we have members work as teams to solve a simple problem. The challenge was to build a boat using materials such as Popsicle sticks, wax paper, tape, and straws. Teams had a set budget and had to use their resources wisely. The team whose boat could hold the most pennies without sinking won gift cards to Buffalo Wild Wings. Below are some pictures of the event. Be sure to check back to find out about our upcoming events.
