EPA Region 5 2008 Water Managers' Conference held an afternoon session at Dr. Li's lab on October 8. Region 5 water managers were apprised on a new Jointly Funded Water Resources Partnership between MSU and MDEQ and latest technological innovations in the management of Michigan's water resources. Highlights of the afternoon session include presentations on 1) Michigan's Statewide Data Integration and Groundwater Database, 2) a Next Generation Michigan Geospatial Decision Support System, 3) Michigan Interactive Groundwater for Wellhead Protection, and 4) the Michigan Groundwater Assessment Tool.
