Initiation Requirements

The goal of the Eta Kappa Nu Gamma Zeta Chapter is to increase enthusiasm in electrical and computer engineering. Thus, initiation candidates will act as mentors to freshman and sophomores who have declared electrical or computer engineering as their major field of study, but have yet to be admitted into the College of Engineering.

Iinitiates are required to complete at least four hours of tutoring. This can be done in the manner of your choosing. One possible way is to contact the Diversity office on the first floor of the engineering building in the 1100 hall. Please keep records of your tutoring.

Active Member Requirements

Active members are required to uphold the goals of the organization. Eta Kappa Nu members must attend at least 80% of all general member meetings. Members are encouraged to help out in other activities, such as fundraisers, social events, and presentations.
