The Day at State program gives high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to experience life at Michigan State University for a day or overnight visit. These visits, hosted by currently enrolled students, often include attending classes, eating in the residence halls, visiting the bookstore, attending student group meetings, and seeing a residence hall room. Freshmen have the option to partake in our residential program. Students live in Wilson Hall where other engineering and science students are placed on floors based on interest area (environmental, health, etc.) Not only is Wilson Hall close to the Engineering building, but it also has advisers, tutors, a lab, and one of the required courses right in the building!
