San Carlos, Honduras Water Supply Improvement Project
Michigan State University EWB is collaborating with Western Michigan University and Greater Lansing Professionals Chapter to implement a water filtration and distribution system.
The system will utilize slow sand filtration to help remove pathogens from the drinking water. Many intestinal related diseases are rampant in the area due to contaminated drinking water.
