Jun Zhang Wins Student Best Paper Competitition Award
at SMASIS 2012
ECE graduate student, Jun Zhang, won Student Best Paper Competition Award at the ASME 2012 Conference on Smart Materials, Adaptive Structures and Intelligent Systems (SMASIS 2012), for the paper “Modeling of Non-monotonic Hysteresis Behavior in VO2-Coated Microactuators” he coauthored with Emmanuelle Merced, Nelson Sepulveda, and Xiaobo Tan.
