EPANET is a program developed and distributed by the Environmental Protection Agency. EPANET can be used to model and simulate water piping systems of any size. It includes features such as calculating energy costs and friction head loss.

EPANET can be found on all the DECS lab machines, installed by the DECS Support Office, or can be downloaded for free by anyone who wishes to use the software.
