COMSOL Multiphysics is a modeling package for the simulation of any physical process you can describe with partial differential equations (PDEs). It features state-of-the-art solvers that address complex problems quickly and accurately, while its intuitive structure is designed to provide ease of use and flexibility.
Additional Help: If you want to use the UNIX or LINUX servers, you will need to run Xming on your local workstation prior to logging into the server. After connecting to the server, you will need to set your environment variables by typing:
source $DECS/comsol
Start comsol with the command: comsol
If you will be using Matlab with Comsol, use the command: comsol matlab
