We are in the process of shutting down the old mail server. To wrap-up this project, there are a number of engineering accounts that will be migrated to the new mail server soon. The benefits of the new mail server include faster mail retrieval, unlimited quota, and the ability to access the server from multiple clients at once. This also allows for the use of Flying SquirrelMail, our new webmail client. If you are an engineering mail user who has not yet been migrated, feel free to contact the support office to have your account migrated in advance!
