Disc PublisherDECS provides a CD/DVD Publisher for the mass production of any CD or DVD content. It has a built-in printer for direct-to-disc printing. DECS maintains a stock of blank CDs, DVDs, and Dual Layer DVDs that can be purchased for use in the publisher or you may provide your own media. Keep in mind that if you want to print on the discs, you will need special ink-jet printable discs.

Here are some examples of content you could create:

  • class materials for all the students in your class
  • materials for a conference
  • video footage of an experiment or research project that you can give to your colleagues

The publisher we have is a Bravo Primera Pro CD/DVD Publisher -- pictured above. Listed below are a few specification highlights.

  • 50-Disc Capacity
  • Two DVD±R/CD-R Drives
  • 4800 DPI Full-Color Printing
  • Up to 50 discs per hour, with printing

It is available for use during normal business hours in the DECS Support Office , 1325 Engineering Building.
