SquirrelMail is not necessary to install; it can be accessed via the web. Further information about SquirrelMail usage is available at the above linked page.
If an account is using 100 percent of its disk quota (M: drive space), deleting messages may require some e-mail client modifications. The problem can also be resolved by a reduction in the use of M: drive space for other files. Directions for making the changes with SquirrelMail have been prepared below.
To Remove Messages:
- Click the "Options" link at the top of the page. (image)
- This will bring up a new page. Select the "Folder Preferences" link to bring up the next window. (image)

- Delete selected items from your chosen folder by selecting their check boxes and then hitting the "Delete" button followed by the "Expunge" button. (image)
