Printing .pdf documents

If you encounter problems in printing .pdf files, in the print dialog box click on "Advanced" and check the box "Print as Image". Then print. (Click image below for larger view)

Quota Saving Tips

  • You can print duplex pages, which deducts 1.5 pages of quota
  • When printing from PowerPoint, putting multiple slides on a page saves quota.
