Deleting from Outlook 2003 with Full Quota

Outlook 2003 is installed as a part of Microsoft Office 2003.

If an account is using 100 percent of its disk quota (M: drive space), deleting messages may require some e-mail client modifications. The problem can also be resolved by a reduction in the usage of M: drive file storage.

Outlook 2003 does not allow for this operation. That being the case, you will have to clear out space on your M: drive. To create space, remove files, other than e-mail, or use a different e-mail program for this process. DECS can provide assistance for this if you prefer. Please either send e-mail to support@egr.msu.edu, or call (517)-353-8891.
