What is Minitab?

Minitab Release 13.1 is a powerful statistical software package that provides a wide range of data analysis and graphics capabilities.

Where is Minitab?

Minitab is available on the DECS Windows labs eb1318 and eb2314

Invoking Minitab

To start Minitab, follow these steps: click Start > Program > Minitab 13 for windows > MINITAB

Saving a File

There are two windows on the Minitab. One is session window and the other is worksheet window. You can either save both of them in one file or save only the worksheet. To do the first option, choose the save project option in the file menu. If you want to save the worksheet only, save it by clicking Save Current Worksheet in the file menu.

Printing

To print your file, make sure you activate the window by clicking the mouse on the window that you want to be printed. Then you can print that window by clicking print icon on the toolbar or click file < Print
