To use this form you must supply a departmental account number as well as a contact person from that department who will authorize the cost of the increased print quota. The contact you enter will be emailed and asked to accept or deny the cost. After accepting the cost, we will add the pages to your quota. Pages that you pay for in this way will roll over to the next semester if you do not use all of them. The 600 pages you are allotted for each semester will not rollover. Please note that you can only add quota in blocks of 100, and the cost is $5 per block, for 100 pages.
