PROBLEM STATEMENT: Teams of students must design and build an electro-mechanical machine that will autonomously transfer 250 milliliters of water without spillage from one container to a second container two meters away.  This task must be accomplished within five minutes.  Each member of the winning team will receive a Leonardo da Vinci Design Scholarship and a magna cum laude medallion.
