NOTE:  LABS DO MEET in the first week of classes!!!

The ECE 480 class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, normally in Room 1145 Engineering Building. The classes run from 9:10 a.m. to 10:00a.m.  Attendance is recorded and is mandatory.  Repeated tardiness will also be penalized.  Additional meetings with team and with team including facilitator will be scheduled by teams each week, once teams have been assigned during the first week of classes.

Lab meeting:

ECE 480 is divided into 3 lab sections, which meet in the lab, EB2221, Tuesday afternoon, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, depending on which section you registered for.

The ECE 480 Lab is open from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon, Monday through Friday, closed on weekends.  After team formation, each team will receive a key code allowing them access to the lab whenever the Engineering Building is open.  No student is ever allowed to work in the laboratory alone, outside of 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday -- when the next-to-last person leaves the lab, so must the last person, for reasons of safety and security.  A severe penalty for the entire team will accompany any infraction of this policy.

Attendance at the scheduled lab is mandatory until the currently assigned miniproject has been completed and turned in.  If you complete and your TA accepts your miniproject during the first week it is assigned, you do not need to come to lab during the second week.  After all four miniprojects have been turned in, lab attendance becomes optional, but the TA may be called on to assist you, typically by arrangements via email.
