How to Succeed in ECE 202

ECE 202 is one of the most important core classes in your engineering career. You will be using the principles from this course many years to come. Nevertheless, it is the method of learning (i.e., learning how to learn) that will serve you a lifetime.

Here are a few tips on how to do well and get the most out of this and other courses:

· Strive for excellence in assignments and examinations

· Attend lectures

· Participate and be enthusiastic in class

· Practice, practice, practice (supplemental problems, textbook examples and practice problems, chapter problems that are not assigned, etc.)

· Discuss concepts and course materials with fellow classmates (please be aware of and observe the University academic integrity guidelines)

· Utilize the instructor’s and TA’s office hours

· Ask questions, be curious, and let your mind explore: what if…, what about…?
