  • Evaluation of FAST-TRAC, US Department of Transportation.
  • Evaluation of ATMS deployed in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, Michigan Department of Transportation.
  • Highway rest area spacing and fatigue related truck crashes, Michigan Department of Transportation.


The cost to society of highway congestion and highway accidents runs into the billions of dollars per year. In this context, Dr. Taylorís research interests include the study of these two issues utilizing statistical analysis, computer modeling, and measurements of driver response as appropriate.
