Recent Research:

  • Design of optimal policies for access control on rural arterials.
  • Design of traffic control with intelligent speed adaptation.
  • Capacity of signalized links with consideration to sink and source traffic.

Interests:

Dr. Abu-Lebdeh's research interests are in the area of traffic control with focus on control of congested systems, adaptive control, and use of genetic and neural-based computations and information technologies for design of advanced control algorithms.
