Mary Ann Dolehanty is the Supervisor of the Thermal Process
Unit, Permit Section, Air Quality Division. She is responsible
for overseeing the permitting activities for industrial sources
that include incinerators, foundries, electric generating facilities,
wood products and asphalt plants. Mary Ann graduated from Michigan
State University with a degree in civil engineering. She has
been with the Department for 19 years, the last 13 years with
the AQD. Previously, Mary Ann worked for the Land and Water
Management Division in the floodplain management program. In
1993, Mary Ann transferred to the AQD to the General Manufacturing
Unit as a permit writer, primarily for the automotive industry.
In 1999, Mary Ann assumed her current responsibilities in management.

Mr.
Kussro joined Giffels in 1995 and was promoted to Manager
of the Structurel and Civil Engineering Department in 2005.
As Department Manager, he is responsible for managing a group
of 30 structural engineers, civil engineers and CAD designers.
He is involved in planning, conducting and supervising a variety
of engineering assignments requiring the application of detailed
technical principles and practices to solve problems of significant
complexity. He is responsible for the technical accuracy and
administrative aspects of assigned projects and is aided by
a group of engineers, designers and drafters under this direct
supervision. In addition, Mr. Kussro is directly involved
in marketing, project estimating, staffing, manpower projections
and other management related efforts within the organization.
Mr. Kussro is a Licensed Professional Civil and Structural
Engineer in 42 states.
