Labeled Aptamers for Cellular Molecule Measurements
Project Description:
My research focuses on developing novel analytical technologies for proteins and small molecules using aptamers. Engineering approaches include both rational design and in vitro selection. These aptamer sensor molecules allow parallel detection and quantification of multiple cellular molecules. This technique has implications in clinical diagnostics and proteomics research.
