Steve Steffes from Perrigo has agreed to speak to the BioMedical Engineering Society on October 26th, 6:30 pm (location TBA).

Mr. Steffes is the VP of Perrigo New York Operations, Director of Liquid Operations in Allegan and Florida and serves on the Biosystems Engineering Academic Advisory Board. He said he will plan to give an overview of Pharmaceutical manufacturing and opportunities for engineers in this industry.

BMES Student Membership Applications are due ASAP. Please, remember to bring your membership application form to the meeting on 10/26/2011. The membership fees will be utilized throughout the year in order to fund BMES events, activities, and tours. In addition, registered BMES members have the ability to submit their resume to the BMES Resume book. This resume book is given to various employers, MSU career fair functions, and other BMES speakers throughout the course of the year.

All majors are welcome! As always, pizza & pop will be provided! We hope to see you there!

 

The MSU chapter of the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES)

is a great way to get involved in the biomedical engineering field as a college student.

 

 

 

Being a member of the BMES has various benefits including the following:
