Qualisys Motion System
This is a test subject for automotive seat testing. She has reflective targets on many bony landmarks (ASIS, sternal notch, etc) for the Qualysis system. The camera behind her is a part of the qualysis system. She is sitting on and leaning against the Tekscan pressure mats, and the Measurand Shape Tape™ has been taped to her spine, which can be seen behind her, going over the back of the seat.
From this test, we were able to determine how the seat distributed her weight, how well it fit her body, and how different lumbar supports affected her spine.
This subject has many reflective targets both on her body and on her surrounding environment. From this test we were able to determine how well this office chair fit her body and how the chair moved when she moved.
