The Dynamics of Cycling
One of the laboratory projects took an in-depth look at the motion as well as the forces during cycling. This study was unique in that the forces at all contact points (saddle, hand grips, pedals) were rcorded during the cycling activity.

| Using the force plates we are able to graph the three forces (Fx, Fy, Fz) which occur on the pedals of the bike. |
